Adults and adolescents (16 years and over) – 60 minutes: $170
Children (4½–15 years) – 40 minutes: $150

Tinnitus Service

Initial Tinnitus Assessment and Management – 90 minutes : $220
Follow-up Tinnitus Consultation – 60 minutes: $170

Auditory Processing Disorder (APD)

APD Assessment: $510
APD In-Person Thereapy Session – 45minutes: $150

Ear Wax Removal (Microsuction)

Flat fee $110
Charged per appointment, regardless of whether one or both ears require treatment.

Hearing Aid Services

Hearing aids: Individual quotation provided.
Hearing aids adjustment, servicing and repiars: Fees vary depending on the service required, the condition and warranty status of your hearing aids, and whether a hearing assessment or manufacturer repair is needed.

Custom Made Earplugs

Prices vary depending on the type of earplugs required. Please contact us for a quotation.

Funding Options

Medicare

Medicare rebates may be available for eligible services with a valid referral from your GP or specialist.

Hearing Services Program (HSP)

We are an accredited Hearing Services Program provider. Eligible pensioners may receive fully or partially subsidised hearing services and hearing aids.

Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA)

Eligible DVA Gold and White Card holders may be entitled to funded hearing services.

Private Health Insurance

Depending on your level of extras cover, your health fund may provide benefits towards eligible hearing services or hearing aids. Please check with your health fund for details.

WorkCover and Compensable Claims

We accept approved WorkCover and other compensable claims. Please provide your claim details and referral (if applicable) when booking your appointment.
